Coaching is one-on-one support tailored to you, your goals, and your challenges.
Classes are small group sessions where you’ll learn practical tools, share experiences, and feel supported alongside other women in midlife.

Sessions are typically conducted over the phone and generally last 50 minutes. For maximum effectiveness, three sessions per month are recommended for the first few months.

Come with an open mind and heart. Pen and paper are generally needed and a quiet space that you’ll be uninterrupted.

Retreats are a chance to step away from your daily routine and reconnect with yourself. You’ll experience reflection, connection, and restorative practices like yoga, guided breathwork, and group discussions — all within a safe and supportive community.
Groups are intentionally kept small, typically around 10–12 women, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The average age is women in their 50s, but all groups vary. I typically work with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s — but midlife is less about a number and more about how you’re feeling in this stage of life. If you’re asking questions like “What’s next for me?” or “How do I find balance again?” — you’ll feel right at home here.

Coaching, classes, and breathwork sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere via Zoom.

Classes, Coaching & Breathwork Session
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If notice is given, the session may be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the retreat start date. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. It is your responsibility to find a replacement.

About Guided Circular Connected Breathwork
This powerful breathwork technique involves a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern that helps release tension, access deeper emotional states, and promote healing. It is generally safe and accessible for most people, though certain health conditions may require caution or modifications.
For those with contraindications or seeking a gentler experience, alternative styles of breathwork are offered—such as downregulating practices—to support nervous system regulation and ensure breathwork is accessible to all.

Retreats feature nourishing meals prepared by a Mediterranean-focused nutritionist. We do our best to accommodate food sensitivities and dietary needs.
All dietary restrictions are gathered in a form completed prior to the retreat to ensure every guest is accommodated. -
