About Lori
Lori holds a Master's degree in holistic health education and is a certified professional life coach. Her background includes 15+ years in the health and wellness field, including working for two of the largest health care organizations in the country, Kaiser Permanente and Unitedhealthcare. Lori has helped hundreds of clients lose weight, get in-shape, eat healthier, improve relationships, enhance careers, sleep better, increase energy, change jobs, create balance and enjoy life more.
Lori credits her passion for health and wellness to becoming a health coach and to her experience assisting her own aging parernts. Lori witnessed her parents first hand reap the rewards of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and the payoffs of maintaining a positive attitude. Lori is deeply passionate about helping people live their best at midlife and beyond, through balancing what is important to them in mind, body and spirit. Her approach stems from curiosity, compassion and the belief that everyone has the right to and can feel their best. Balance is something Lori strives for in her own life. Lori believes that life is to be enjoyed, self-care is essential and that most things in moderation are just fine (yes, even chocolate). Lori feels privileged to be part of others' journey and believes with a willingness and desire for change, anything is possible.
Lori's favorite life role is being a mom to her teenage daughter Grace. She is currently writing a book about surviving and thriving life in the sandwich generation with aging parents and kids at home.
